How to Use Nasal Inhalers
There is no need to insert the nasal inhaler into your nostrils. In fact, we strongly recommend against doing so.
To use the inhaler properly, hold it just below your nose and take a slow, deep breath. It is important to inhale slowly—count to five (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) as you breathe in. Then, hold your breath for another count of five, and slowly exhale.
This method allows your body to absorb and utilize the essential oils effectively.
The molecules from the essential oils are absorbed into your bloodstream and can be delivered throughout your body and to your brain, where they are needed.
Repeat this process 2-3 times for each nostril. You may use your nasal inhaler every 2-3 hours if necessary.
