POSTAGE POLICY

Postage Fees*

United Kingdom - Including UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands.

Orders over £50 - FREE
Orders up to £50 -£1.50 - £3.60

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands may incur extra charges depending on the weight of your parcel. Orders are dispatched Tuesday - Friday. Once your order has been dispatched from us, you will receive an despatch email confirmation.

Unfortunately due to Brexit we no longer ship to Europe or internationally.  

Postage FAQ's

When will my order be despatched?
We know how excited you are to receive your parcel. So, all orders placed on weekdays (Tuesday-Friday) before 1pm are despatched the same day.

Who will deliver my parcel?
We use a variety of companies to carry our parcels - orders to most residential addresses will be sent using Royal Mail Second Class, if we opt to use a courier service we will notify you of this in your despatch email. 

How soon should I expect my order?
You will receive an email to let you know that your order is on the way - many of our orders arrive with a couple of days but please allow 3-5 working days for it to arrive with you. If it has not arrived by this time please notify us so that we can trace it's whereabouts. 

What happens if I'm out when a delivery attempt is made? 
You can have your order sent to an alternative address, this can be done during checkout. 

If you are out when an delivery attempt is made the postperson is likely to leave the parcel with a neighbour and leave an instruction card through your door. He may return the parcel to your local Royal Mail Collection Office and leave re delivery instructions with you instead.

Please note that if you are not at home when the delivery is made and you fail to collect your parcel from your local office it will be returned to us. In these circumstances the cost of shipping will not be refunded and further cost will be incurred to resend your parcel.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns Policy

I've changed my mind can I return the items?
Please contact us to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt and we will provide you with a returns number. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us. Due to the nature of our products we are only able to accept returned goods that are in an unused and saleable condition. NB we are unable to accept returns of our perishable herbs, teas and flowers. The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. If goods arrive, used, incomplete or damaged then a reduction may be made to the refund offered. 

My parcel has arrived damaged, what should I do?
Although we take great care to ensure that your parcel arrives safely, we accept that some things are out of our control. Please contact us immediately and provide photographic evidence of both the outer and inner packaging - this helps us greatly.
