This Lavender is a hybrid of Lavandula latifolia and Lavandula angustifolia produced in Provence, France
Lavadin Hyb. Sumian essential oil is a beautiful variant on the Lavender theme which has a lovely aroma reminiscent of old English lavender on a hot summers day.
This particular hybrid will eventually die off and will be unable to be replaced so take advantage of it while you can.
The most versatile and useful oil, Lavender has an abundance of uses. It relaxes and soothes the mind & body, and is number one for use in your first aid kit at home. Lavender blends very happily with many other oils. When added to a Carrier Oil it can be used in massage to help with PMT or just as a lovely calming rub.
Lavender can be used as a massage, in a vaporiser, in bath preparations and on a pillow to help you wind down and relax before bed or simply to help you de-stress after a hard day.
Lavandin Sumian Pure Essential Oil 10ml (Lavandula hybrida sumian)
Massages: add 2-3 drops of essential oils to 1 tablespoonful of carrier oil
Vaporisation: add 2-4 drops of essential oils to a burner, aroma stone or aroma stream
To diffuse in a traditional burner, simply fill dish with water and add a few drops of oil on top before lighting the candle.
For electrical fragrance diffusers, follow instructions given by the manual.
For massage: dilute in a carrier oil and gently massage over the skin.
Add a few drops to a handkerchief or inhale directly from the bottle if you are on the go.
Dilute in distilled water and pour into spray bottle for an all-natural room fragrance.
